1. Booking and Deposit Policy

Securing Your Booking

To confirm your airport transfer booking with us, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. This ensures that your transfer service is secured for the requested date and time.

Payment

The remaining balance must be settled prior to the service or on the day of the transfer. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience.

2. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your Bournemouth airport taxi or transfer service, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the full amount will be charged.

Amendments

Changes to your airport transfer booking (e.g., time or date) are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, depending on availability.

3. Punctuality and Liability

Driver Punctuality

We strive to provide timely airport transfers in Bournemouth; however, there may be circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or vehicle breakdowns.
The company is not responsible for the driver if they are late or do not show up for the job.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any losses or costs due to delays, including missed flights or appointments. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for travel to and from the airport.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Timely Pickup

To ensure a smooth Bournemouth airport transfer, customers should be ready at the agreed pick-up location and time. Delays caused by the customer may result in additional waiting time charges.

Luggage

Customers are responsible for informing us in advance of any special requirements, such as excess luggage or child seats. All luggage must be securely packed to avoid damage during transportation.

5. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit

The 20% deposit paid to secure your airport taxi booking is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Refund for Full Payment

Refunds for payments made beyond the deposit are only applicable if cancellations are made in line with our 24-hour cancellation policy.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review them before making any booking.
